Sugar cookie dip is a creamy, fluffy dessert dip made with cream cheese, Cool Whip, and real crumbled sugar cookies. Easy dessert that takes just 5 minutes to make and can be customized with colorful sprinkles for birthdays, holiday parties, and any special occasion.
1cupcrumbled vanilla or sugar cookiessuch as Lofthouse, vanilla wafers, or Golden Oreos
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¼teaspoonalmond extract
1cuppowdered sugar
2cups Cool Whip
colored jimmies
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and butter with a hand or stand mixer until soft and creamy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract, and mix until smooth. Mix in the cookie crumbs. With a spatula, fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
Spoon sugar cookie dip into a serving bowl. Top with jimmies, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels, cookies, and fruit.
Notes
If using Oreos or Lofthouse cookies, you can leave the frosting on or scrape it off.
To avoid the sprinkles from bleeding, use "jimmies," the long, tubular-shaped sprinkles, not nonpareils.
Mix in a different flavor of cookies like Biscoff, Nutter Butters, snickerdoodles, or Oreos!
