🍓Ingredients
See recipe card at the bottom of the post for the full list of ingredients and exact amounts.

- Microwave popcorn. I used Orville Redenbacher's Naturals Light Simply Salted Microwave Popcorn without butter.
- Freeze-dried strawberries. Freeze-dried strawberries are frozen, dehydrated berries with intense flavor, vibrant red color, and no artificial flavors or artificial color. When ground, their powder adds sweet strawberry flavor and pretty pink color to the popcorn and white chocolate drizzle.
- White chocolate. Use white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bar.
- Oil. Add a little vegetable oil to the chocolate so it's smooth and easy to drizzle. I use canola oil. You can also use coconut oil or shortening.
🥭Substitutions or Variations
- Store-bought or homemade popcorn. You can also pop your own popcorn kernels on the stove top or in an air popper, or use a bag of pre-made white popcorn from the grocery store. For sweeter flavor, you can also use kettle corn.
- Freeze-dried fruit. Try different fruity flavors -- freeze-dried raspberries, blueberries, mangoes, or peaches are all great options!
🥣How to Make Strawberry Popcorn

Step 1: Grind the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder in a blender or food processor. Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl and gradually toss it with ¼ cup of the strawberry powder until well coated. Pour the popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.

Step 2: Melt the white chocolate and oil in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons of freeze-dried strawberry powder until well combined.
Drizzle the pink chocolate over the popcorn. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. Allow it to set until firm, about 30 minutes, then break it into clusters.
☑️Tips
- Use store-bought bagged popcorn, microwave popcorn, or homemade popcorn
- If the melted chocolate is too thick to drizzle, add a little more oil.
🎁Storage
Store strawberry popcorn in an airtight container or freezer bag in a cool, dry place for 3-5 days.
